What You’ll Do:

• Manage IT/OT-focused projects, including software solutions, database configuration, and systems integration. These projects focus on manufacturing use cases in the layer between plant automation and IT systems.
• Lead Agile processes (Scrum, Agile) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Oversee multiple digital projects, adjusting scope, timelines, and resources as needed.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience in IT/OT project management in a manufacturing environment (Agile, software solutions, and database configuration).
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Strong experience with client-facing projects and delivering successful results.
• PMP certification preferred.
